



I developed a brand for a fictitious company called "Pontice" for a course entitled "Branding and Visual Identity" at San Diego State University. I chose the name to be a textual combination of the word "pontoon" which is a temporary bridge system and "apprentice"which is an individual in the process of learning a profession. I envisioned this company functioning as an employment agency and educational resource for those who are either new to graphic and web design or those who are changing careers. "Pontice" would function as a one-stop resource for those individuals seeking employment and mentors in the media design industry.
